"...My neck was sprained and lower back hurts occasionally. I explained and he began working. My neck could have moved like 30 degrees.
At the end of the session I felt muuuchhh better and even my lower back was great too. His pricings are affordable and I didn’t had to pay a thing since it was covered under my work group’s benefit."

Suffering From Neck Pain?
About 50% of people will experience neck pain in their lifetime.
Your neck, also called the cervical spine, is made up of 7 vertebrae. Pain in your neck can trouble you in many ways. It can affect your ability to drive, impede your work, and disrupt your sleep. Learn about some of the common neck conditions we treat at Evomotion Health and Wellness.
Common Causes Of Neck Pain
Mechanical Neck Pain
Mechanical neck pain a result of excess stress placed on the neck musculature, joints, and ligaments. Like mechanical low back pain, it is hard to find one specific event that started the symptoms. The origin of your pain may be due to prolonged posture and muscular imbalances that develop from sporting, recreational, or occupational activities.
Symptoms May Include:
- Local neck pain and discomfort
- Feeling of stiffness in the neck
- Restrictions with neck movements
- Referred pain into the shoulders and upper back
- Headaches and jaw pain
- Muscle spasms
Cervical Nerve Root Lesion
A cervical nerve root lesion is a condition by which a spinal nerve of the neck becomes irritated or impinged. One of the most common reason for this is due to a disc herniation. Our discs sit between each of our vertebrae and take some of the load off of our spinal joints. With excessive loads, the discs may become damaged and bulge toward the intertvertebral foramen, where our spinal nerves exit the neck.
Symptoms May Include:
- Dull and achy neck pain
- Radiating pain down the arm
- Numbness, tingling, or weakness in the arm, hands, and fingers
- Muscle spasms
- Worsening pain with coughing, sneezing, or straining
- Worsening of pain with looking up or turning the neck
Cervical Spondylosis
Cervical spondylosis is the degeneration of the structures in our neck over time. It is a natural process of aging. 85% of adults over 60 years of age have degenerative changes, however many do not experience any symptoms. The location of degneration, rate of degeneration, symptom presentation, and functional disturbances will be unique to each person.
Symptoms May Include:
- Pain in the neck
- Neck stiffness
- Restricted neck movements
- Referred pain to the arms and shoulders
- Headaches
- Grinding or creaking sound with neck movements
Whiplash Associated Disorders
Whiplash associated disorders are injuries following a sudden acceleration-deceleration movement of the head. This can lead to hyperextension or hyperflexion of the neck, leading to injury of the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, nerves, and vascular structures. Whiplash injuries are commonly associated with car collisions, falls with a violent head jerk, contact sports, and blows to the head.
Symptoms May Include:
- Dull and sharp neck pain
- Restricted neck movements
- Referred pain and weakness to arms, shoulders, and shoulder blades
- Headaches and dizziness
- Ringing in the ear and visual disturbances
- Fatigue and difficulty concentrating
